How an Order Runs

One private timeline from your spec to your dock, visible to your order's stakeholders and no one else. Eight steps, the same every time, so no one on either side is ever unsure where the order is or what it is worth.

  1. 1

    You Send the Spec

A drawing, a competitor's item, or a distributor SKU number is enough. Say China or Cambodia, or let us quote both.

1 party on this step. your part: send it
  2. 2

    Verified

Factory licences, registrations and your NDA on record before any number moves.

3 parties on this step. your part: nothing
  3. 3

    Spec Locked

Bilingual spec sheet, material, gsm, sizes, artwork, packaging. Sample approved by you.

3 parties on this step. your part: approve the sample
  4. 4

    Raw Material Lot Recorded

Nonwoven roll lot, supplier and test certificate logged to the order.

2 parties on this step. your part: nothing
  5. 5

    Production with in Line QC

Seam, cuff, tie and fluid tests at set intervals, photos to the trail.

  6. 6

    Tested and Inspected

Third party lab test and pre shipment inspection. You release on the report.

4 parties on this step. your part: release on the report
  7. 7

    Shipped with the File

CoA, test reports, packing list, bill of lading in one document set.

3 parties on this step. your part: nothing
  8. 8

    Delivered. Scan It.

Trust ID on the carton opens the whole trail. Balance paid on what you approved.

2 parties on this step. your part: pay the balance
One fee, agreed up front

The factory price is the factory price. One agreed fee on top, paid by you, never inside the unit price. No subscription, no platform charge, no marketplace commission.

Pay for what you approved

Milestone payments tied to the trail, stated on the quotation. A shipment that fails inspection does not ship, and the trail shows the rework.

What You See on the Trail

  • Every step time stamped, with who did it and what document it produced
  • Photos from the line at the QC intervals set in the spec
  • The material lot certificate, the third party test report and the inspection report as they land
  • Shipping documents and the delivery date, updated by the forwarder
  • A question button on every step that reaches the person who owns it

What You Never See

  • Another client's order, name or price
  • A marketplace of factories bidding on your spec
  • A platform fee, a subscription or a per user charge
  • A price that moves after the spec is locked
  • A shipment released without the report you approved
